the next step is always a first step

This week  is another step in my health and wellness journey.  I start, last week, a new program Prevent.  I figure this could be good because it's an online program and I might not home often AND I live on my cell phone, well electronically speaking.  So I am giving it a try. What the program consist of is the following:

  • Weighing in every day (mind you I have been  within the same 20lbs for 10 + years)
  • Taking body measures... ugh
  • Checking in with the preassigned group
  • Keeping a food diary
  • Keeping an activity journal
Mind you, I suck at consistency and journaling. Let's see how it goes!
