This week is another step in my health and wellness journey. I start, last week, a new program Prevent. I figure this could be good because it's an online program and I might not home often AND I live on my cell phone, well electronically speaking. So I am giving it a try. What the program consist of is the following:
- Weighing in every day (mind you I have been within the same 20lbs for 10 + years)
- Taking body measures... ugh
- Checking in with the preassigned group
- Keeping a food diary
- Keeping an activity journal
